We are currently seeking a talented SAP Account Manager to join our team in Reading, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our SAP clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

Your day to day

• Manage and develop relationships with existing SAP clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue by up-selling additional products and services to existing clients.

• Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide SAP solutions that meet those needs.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for prospective clients.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of SAP solutions to clients.

• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of SAP products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

  
  

What we want from you

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP account management or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.

• Experience with SAP products and services.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
