We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Data Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SAP Data team and ensuring the smooth delivery of SAP data management services.  The successful candidate will work closely with the SAP consultants and business teams to understand their data needs and requirements, - plus ensure the SAP Data team’s delivery of high-quality services that meet those needs.

• 5 years’ minimum experience in SAP data management, ideally including S/4 HANA Cloud.

• Strong leadership skills and experience of team management.

• Experience with SAP data management tools and technologies.

• Hands-on experience with SAP tools would be advantageous

• Knowledge of SAP data in a functional context would be an advantage.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business teams, clients and stakeholders.

• Experience with data privacy and security regulations

As an SAP Data Lead, you’ll be  

• Leading the SAP Data team and managing the delivery of SAP data management services - developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.

• Collaborating with SAP project and business teams to understand their data needs and requirements.

• Designing and implementing SAP data management strategies that meet business needs.

• Developing and maintaining data management policies, procedures, and standards.

• Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of SAP data and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

• Providing technical guidance and support to the SAP Data team.

• Monitoring and reporting on SAP data management performance metrics.
