Role Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse client projects from initiation through to completion. You will work closely with clients and consulting teams to ensure structured delivery, robust risk management, and stakeholder alignment—bringing clarity and order to even the most complex project environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans from the ground up, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on scope, and within budget.

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating appropriately.

  • Maintain detailed tracking of project milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, tailoring messaging for technical, operational, and executive audiences.

  • Build positive, collaborative relationships with client teams and internal consultants.

  • Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail in all project documentation and deliverables.

  • Act as a reliable, structured leader in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.

  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining delivery approaches.

  • Manage project-level reporting and governance requirements efficiently.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Min. 5 years consulting or delivery experience

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects in a consulting or change environment.

  • Strong ability to develop structured, logical project plans—even for first-time or unfamiliar initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and adaptable communication style.

  • Strong attention to detail—able to catch and correct small issues proactively.

  • High level of numeracy and experience managing budgets or financial tracking.

  • Capable of identifying critical priorities independently and staying focused on delivery outcomes.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Experience working in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
